Taco Cupcakes

A co-worker had a few of us over for dinner, and she made taco's. I thought a good desert to bring would be taco cupcakes! For the taco shell I rolled out caramel candies. For the ground beef I used crushed up chocolate cheerios mixed with a tiny bit of chocolate frosting. I died coconut green for lettuce and just used yellow frosting and a small round tip to make the cheese.
